On November 8, 2017, at 10:00 am, in the premises of the University of Tourism and Management in Skopje, training on "Information Management Systems for Talent" was held by Ms. Emili Lokvenec - an expert for HR management software solutions.

The purpose of the training was to get HR management acquainted with the professional software solutions for HR Management. Students had the ability to learn the part of the application available to all employees i.e. the essence of the portal, through which the employees are being informed and able to review their personal data files, including the grades for their work and also to apply for a vacation or leave.

The HR Portal encourages all employees to look at their dossier, but also communicate with the Human Resources Department for all the news and possible questions by E-mail or to communicate with their superiors for certain issues or demands.
As future HR managers, students were able to make practical insight into the HR Department works which successfully managed the time as well as the employees.
