The new living conditions imposed by globalization set new standards and criteria for success. The foundation for company's quality are the human resources. The value of a quality human resource management is more than just a good production system. The work of human resources is a process that encompasses all activities and functions within the organization. Quality staff in the company contributes to increased competitive advantage. The focus of the human resource managers are the people and their potentials and performance, motivation and talent. Lack of adequate staff in the areas of human resources in the Republic of Macedonia replenish precisely the Faculty of Human Resource Management, which operates within the University of Tourism and Management in Skopje.
