The Faculty of Human Resource Management hosted a guest lecture on “Organizational Development,” delivered by Darko Petrovski, President of the Macedonian Human Resources Association.

The lecture took place in an interactive atmosphere, encouraging direct communication and active student participation. Through questions, discussion, and the exchange of ideas, students had the opportunity to deepen their understanding of organizational development and its significance for human resource management.

The guest lecture provided an opportunity to connect theoretical knowledge with professional experience and to foster critical thinking among future human resource professionals.
