On 1 October 2026, the Faculty of Human Resource Management at the University of Skopje held a meeting of its Board for Cooperation and Public Trust. Chaired by Angela Shengulovska, the meeting addressed the University’s 20th anniversary celebrations, the Annual Programme for the 2026/2027 academic year and opportunities for further cooperation with industry.
Prof. Dr. Jana Ilieva presented the anniversary events scheduled for 10 and 11 October, including the international conference, the anniversary ceremony and the graduation ceremony. She invited Board members to attend the celebrations as part of the University team.
The Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Aleksandra Stoilkovska, presented the final version of the Annual Programme, which incorporates proposals put forward by Board members. Particular attention was given to the curriculum, updated reading materials, student placements, and teaching and research activities.
The discussion also covered planned guest lectures, visits to companies and human resource departments, educational study visits and Erasmus+ mobility opportunities. Board members were invited to contribute additional lectures and share practical experience to enrich students’ learning.
Darko Petrovski announced the Macedonian Human Resources Association’s 18th Annual International HR Conference, to be held on 21 October at the Holiday Inn hotel, and introduced JENZ, a digital platform designed to connect the HR community. He also proposed involving one or two students as volunteers in the organisation of the conference.
