On 20 May 2026, the Faculty of Human Resource Management at the University of Skopje hosted a guest lecture entitled “Managing Business Ethics in Organizations”, delivered by Mr. Sashko Spaseski from TOP Sistem LLC. The lecture was organized within the framework of the Business Ethics course taught by Prof. Blagoj Conev, PhD.
During the lecture, students had the opportunity to explore the importance of business ethics in modern organizations and its role in building a responsible, transparent, and successful organizational culture. Particular attention was given to the ethical dilemmas faced by managers and employees in their daily work, as well as to approaches for identifying and addressing such challenges.
The guest speaker shared practical experiences from the business sector, emphasizing that ethical behaviour serves as the foundation for trust among employees, clients, and other stakeholders. Students discussed the importance of professional integrity, corporate social responsibility, and the impact of ethical standards on organizational reputation and long-term success.
Through interactive discussion and real-life examples, students gained a deeper understanding of the application of ethical principles in business decision-making and organizational management.
