In August 2024, Gordana Serafimovic, PhD, representing the University of Skopje, visited the University of Salento in Lecce, Italy. During her visit, she held productive meetings with prominent academic and project leaders, laying the groundwork for future collaborations between the institutions.

Serafimovic met with Gianfranco Gatti, an EU Project Consultant, and Cosimo Alessandro Quarta, PhD, from the Department of Human and Social Sciences at the University of Salento. The discussions revolved around ongoing and upcoming Erasmus+ projects, with both sides eager to explore new avenues of partnership in research, education, and innovation.
