Faculty of Human Resource Management at the University of Tourism and Management in Skopje, this year continued with the established practice of their students to provides practical work in reputable companies, where they have the opportunity to practice the acquired theoretical knowledge.

"Basme" is a private company that provides training and professional management consulting.

As a pioneer in management consulting and training in the country, the company "Basme" has built a national and international network of partners, which together provides a wide range of services to domestic and foreign customers.

In this company his practice perform two students from the Faculty of Human Resource Management, or students of the second year that the company operate on the basis of the signed agreement on cooperation between the Faculty of Human Resource Management and the company.

With the mandatory internship students acquire additional skills and competencies performing regular tasks within the allocated sectors. Dedication and commitment of the students in the performance of tasks is monitored by a mentor from the university and a supervisor from the relevant institution.

As a mentor to a student from the University's assistant Gordana Serafimovic, while the mentor from the company LLC "Basme" is Beti Delovska MSc.
